Love this so much, will use again soon!! So, easy to apply and just a beauty to look at, and have in your arsenal of dip!!

I love this color and the foils but he’s so difficult to use. I’ve tried several times and I can’t get the foils to come to the top of the powder and when I did it all I get is lumps and bumps and no foils on top.
