This is a regular Dip Powder product which is used with Dip Powder liquids or Gel Products. PBO Free.

Mother of Pearl reminds me of walking on a beach on a sunny day and seeing the rainbow shimmer of broken shells in the sand! Pairs beautifully with Blue Bonnet for a nautical mani.

Mother of pearl is absolutely stunning and so difficult to do justice in a photo. It's iridescent but matte at the same time, so unique! I'm so in love with how it turned out! It's a fantastic glitter for any season!
