Atlantic Surf

This blue is one of the most perfect shades to be found. It can be used in all many different ways. It applies beautifully and is so smooth. It's a must have! Pictured here on my middle finger, along with Antarctic Sea Ice, Stormy Pacific and North Sea Swells and White Wash.
