I left Lapis Lazuli un-top coated. I use the gel dip method, so after curing looked and said nope, leaving as -is! Yep, you can use this dip 2 ways!!
Lapis Lazuli shown on ring finger, other colors used are Grim Reaper and Toil & Trouble (orange).
