Description
Carnelian is a beautiful burgundy Color that looks purple or red depending on the light!
This is a regular Dip Powder product which is used with Dip Powder liquids with a Dipping application PBO Free.

I like this color but it was supposed to be more berry color. Too dark🥹

Carnelian is a beautiful maroon color. It has a more purple tone to it. The more layers you add the deeper the color it gets. I added 4-5 layers on my nails and 3 layers for my swatches
